4 K-modellen hj\u00e6lper dig med struktur<\/h4>\n

Som vejleder m\u00f8der du rigtigt mange forskellige vejledningss\u00f8gende. Du kan m\u00e5ske ogs\u00e5 opleve at nogle samtaler er vanskelige, og du kan m\u00e5ske mangle nogle v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer til at strukturere en samtale. 4 K-modellen har fire faser og danner en overordnet struktur p\u00e5 vejledningssamtalen. Det betyder, at vi som vejledere er bevidste om, hvor i samtalen vi befinder os, s\u00e5 vi p\u00e5 den m\u00e5de sikrer progression, refleksion og det st\u00f8rst mulige udbytte af samtalen for den vejledningss\u00f8gende.<\/p>\n

De fire faser i 4K modellen er: Kontakt, Kontrakt, Kommunikation, Konklusion.<\/p>\n

N\u00e5r man deler samtalen op i disse fire punkter kontakt, giver det overblik og struktur.<\/p>\n

Man skal ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis tage punkterne i r\u00e6kkef\u00f8lge. En samtale er en cirkul\u00e6r proces, hvor man hele tiden kan vende tilbage og samle op.<\/p>\n

\nModellen kan printes og l\u00e6gges p\u00e5 skrivebordet, s\u00e5 man altid lige kan finde struktur og evt. gode sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l, som man kan g\u00f8re til sine.<\/p>\n
